I was referred to them by my parents who've used them for years on all of their cars. Since then I've used them twice.

They did a great job both times. Once when someone backed into my car in a parking lot and another time when a truck ran a stop sign and crunched the front of corner of my car.

Both experiences were a breeze. They are very friendly, easy to work with and they do good work.

P.s. Way to go on putting an awesome verse on your Christmas advertisement letter. It's nice when company's aren't afraid to do things like that.

I am often a very demanding customer, and Raymond Auto Body consistently exceeded my high expectations. They helped me to negotiate the best possible repair with the insurance company and the cause of the crash and they insisted on quality parts and first-rate labor and attention to the finest of detail. They made certain that anything that was damaged was repaired to at least the state it was prior to the crash or even better. They were not interested in a "quick fix," rather they insisted that their high standards of excellence be maintained throughout the entire repair process. They also helped me to keep my car when the insurance company just as soon totaled it and been done with me.
