I am still amazed at the way you took care of me and my 2009 Ford F150 this week. You know as well as I that in this industry customers are usually asking what you can do for them, looking for promises but expecting some level of disappointment in the end. This is not the case with Raymond Auto Body. You delivered on all levels. Your type of customer service and customer first approach is unparalleled.

Raymond repaired my vehicle, provided a loaner and stuck to the schedule; in addition you completely detailed my truck inside and out which was unexpected. This type of service speaks volumes in regards to the mission, character and integrity of yourself, and that of Raymond Auto Body as a whole. Throughout my experience with your shop I have had the opportunity to meet several members of your staff including front desk, office and shop employees. On every level I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism.

My wife and I cannot believe how nice the truck looks (even with the rain drops it took on the way home). I am certain my truck didn't look this nice on the day I brought it home from the dealer. Your living example of service and customer care is exceptional. My experience is evidence that your VISION and COMMITMENT parallels Raymond Auto Body's mission statement.

My Raymond Auto Body experience started in the fall of 2011 on interstate 94 where I had the opportunity to meet a young man who didn't see me stopped in front of him in heavy traffic. I was driving my nearly perfect 2008 BMW M5, which I had just purchased a few months ago. My dream car. I felt a little sorry for the guy who hit me, and I was very disappointed to have the rear of my almost perfect car pretty smashed up. The first thing I did was called a few "BMW guys" around my work place. They were all saying the same thing: go to Raymond Auto Body--so I did. I left that morning feeling better already because Jason was able to give me confidence that the car would be 100% back to its condition before the accident. He was wrong because they made it BETTER. I had a small door ding on the car that I was told (by BMW) that would require a $700 conventional repair due to its location on the door panel--paintless dent repair wouldn't be possible. The guys at Raymond proved the BMW guy wrong, and the car is now perfect--better than when I got it.

Another big concern from the BMW guy was paint matching--"it was going to be difficult because of the metalic paint, but don't worry, we can blend it". The guys at Raymond nailed the paint color, and never doubted it was possible.

Lastly, these guys return your car in awesome condition. They clean and detail it so when you drive off its something you can be proud of. The day after I got the car back I was fueling up and an older gentleman in a nice Buick next to me stopped to ask if my car was new. He was shocked to hear it was 3 years old with 40,000 miles.

In the future I have one shop for all of my body work: Raymond Auto Body. I recommend it to many of my friends, and would guarantee that any customer expectations will be exceeded if they work with this shop.
